A women's leadership programme built around Southeast Asia, run by Harpswell — an organisation that has worked on women's leadership in Cambodia for two decades — together with the Center for Research on Women and Gender.
Unlike most summits on this list, it is not a single trip. The programme opens with virtual sessions running from July to October 2026, then converges on Phnom Penh for ten days from 30 October to 8 November. The online phase is where much of the substance happens; the in-person week builds on people who already know each other.
Women aged 25 to 35 who are nationals of ASEAN member states, Nepal, Timor-Leste or Papua New Guinea. Applicants need strong English, demonstrated leadership potential and a genuine interest in social change and women's leadership.

The commitment is longer than the dates suggest. Four months of virtual sessions running alongside your existing work is a real demand, and the programme is built on the assumption that participants complete both phases. Apply if you can protect the time for the whole thing.

Read the shape of this programme carefully before applying. Virtual sessions run from July through October 2026, and only then does the ten-day residential phase in Phnom Penh begin. That is four months of scheduled online commitment alongside whatever you already do.
Programmes structured this way select for people who will finish. If your July-to-October is already unpredictable, a later cohort is a better bet than a half-completed one.
Ten days is long for a summit and short for a course. Expect workshops, site visits and sustained group work rather than a conference programme of keynotes. Cohorts on programmes of this length tend to stay in contact afterwards, which is arguably the durable benefit.
The age band is 25 to 35, narrower than the usual under-35 rule, and there is a floor as well as a ceiling — recent graduates are outside it. Eligible nationalities are the ten ASEAN member states plus Nepal, Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea.
Applications close 19 April 2026. Strong English is stated as a requirement rather than a preference, because the whole programme runs in it.
