Within two working days for general enquiries. Visa and invitation-letter requests from confirmed delegates are handled first and usually answered the same day.

I have paid but not received my invitation letter.

Letters are issued within five working days of payment clearing. Email us with your registration reference — it starts with GYC — and we will check where it is.

Can I get a fee waiver?

A limited number of partial waivers are available each intake for delegates from low-income countries. Explain your circumstances in the note field on the registration form, or email us directly before you apply.

Do you accept speaker or partner proposals?

Yes. Email us with a short description of what you would run, which programme it fits, and the outcome for delegates. Proposals with a clear delegate output are prioritised.

Can I attend if I am over 30?

Our programmes are designed for 16 to 30 year olds, but we make exceptions for educators and youth workers attending alongside a delegation. Ask us first.
