An international youth summit held in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, drawing delegates from member and observer states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation alongside participants from BRICS countries and the Asia-Pacific region.
The summit runs over five days and combines plenary sessions with working groups and cultural programming.
Young people from OIC member states, OIC observer states, BRICS countries and the Asia-Pacific region. English is the working language and applicants need to be able to participate in it comfortably.
The organisers have not published a fixed age range for the 2026 edition — check the official site before applying if you are near the usual under-35 boundary for summits of this kind.

The package covers accommodation, meals, local transport and one flight. A one-way ticket is an unusual funding shape and it is easy to skim past in an announcement. Before applying, price a return leg from your nearest international airport to Kazan — it frequently routes via Moscow or Istanbul, and it is not a cheap sector from most of the world.
Factor in a visa as well. Russian visas require an invitation letter, which selected delegates receive from the organisers, but the process takes weeks and carries its own fee in most countries.
