Registering
Registration and payment are deliberately separate. We tell you exactly where you stand at each point.
Name, email, phone, passport number, and your CV or qualification document. Five minutes, on any device.
You get a reference number straight away and a copy of what you submitted.
This is the step that confirms your seat. Until it clears, your place can still be taken.
We review your application, then issue your invitation letter and pre-conference materials.
Registration confirmed is not the same as seat confirmed. Submitting the form records your registration. Your seat is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
